A NOTE ON TUITION & STAFFING

Creating a positive and healthy environment for children requires us to invest in our teachers, who are our greatest asset. Early Childhood Education has continued to remain one of the lowest paying fields, despite the great amount of research showing how important these first 6 years of development are. At CMS, we are committed to paying our teachers a living wage for the difficult and important work they do. We are committed to providing access to health insurance and providing needed training and financial support for Montessori certification. And we and strive to staff our classrooms above state required ratio, in order to better support our teachers and students. It is our hope that through these measures we will continue to attract and retain the very best teachers to care for and nurture your children.

Your tuition dollars go toward making sure we have quality staff members in place who are properly compensated for the work they do, and to making sure we are able to provide ongoing training for them.
