CMS is looking to hire positive and reliable individuals who are willing to work toward creating a peaceful and collaborative learning environment where natural curiosities are stimulated and a love of learning is nurtured.

Hours may vary between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Montessori experience is preferred but not required.  Must be hard working, possess a love of learning, be detail oriented, maintain a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

Custodian

Columbia Montessori School is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the school building. Job duties include nightly cleaning of classrooms and common areas as well as light maintenance and groundskeeping to ensure a clean, healthy environment and general curb appeal and functioning of the building. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial cleaning, has basic repair/maintenance skills, is hardworking, reliable, and loves children. While most shifts will be completed after hours, interactions with children and families will occur. This is a part time position with an average of 15-20 hours a week. Shifts are Monday-Friday evenings. Occasional availability during the day or weekends for special events may be required but will not be common.
